Would it be straightforward to enter these steps and organizing the tasks? If the software makes it more complicated than doing the same thing with plain pencil and paper, then the software will probably be too cumbersome for actual use in management. Are you contemplating the purchase of management software? You might first ask the salesperson to honestly answer the question of what software they use in their daily operations.
